Up and running in minutes

No account, no setup calls. Download, double-click, and you’re writing your first job.

1 · Install it

Download the Standard Installer from the home page and double-click Setup.exe. No admin password needed.
It adds a Start-menu and desktop shortcut. Prefer no install? Grab the Portable Zip, unzip anywhere, and run App.exe.
First launch: pick your shop name, your experience level (Easy / Standard / Pro) and your language — you can change all of it later in Settings.

2 · Write your first job

Click New Job. Type the job in plain words — “2014 Golf TDI, front pads and rotors, customer waiting” — and AI fills the vehicle, labor and parts for you.
Or type/scan a VIN and the year, make, model and engine fill themselves. Add parts and labor by hand anytime.
Hit Save, then print or text the estimate. When the customer approves, flip it to an invoice — the totals, tax and shop fees are already done.

3 · Keep your data safe

Your data lives on this PC — there’s no cloud copy, so backups are on you (and the app makes them easy).
The app writes an automatic daily backup. You can also export everything to a file at any time from Settings.
To move to another computer or carry your shop on a USB stick: sync your data file to the stick, plug it into the other PC, and load it there. Your customer list travels with you.
Two PCs, one shop: in Settings, point both computers at one shared network folder — they stay matched automatically, live. USB sync still covers machines that never meet.

4 · Turn on AI (optional)

On the AI Edition, AI works day one — nothing to set up, no key, no internet.
On the other editions, open Settings → AI and point it at the free local model (Ollama) running on your own PC — no account, no cloud, no per-use cost.
Every AI button — Smart Estimates, plain-terms explanations — works the same with either choice.

Common questions

Can I run it on more than one computer?
Yes. Install it on the shop PC and sync your data to a USB stick to move it to another machine — the data file travels with you. Two PCs on the same network can also stay matched automatically through a shared folder. There's a phone-friendly web version too — note it keeps its own records on that device, so treat it as a reference copy, not the shop's live ledger.
Do I need an API key or account for the AI?
Not on the AI edition — a free AI model ships inside and runs on your own PC, no key and no per-message cost. On the other editions you can turn AI on anytime with a free local install (Ollama) — it all runs on your own PC.
