The Portable Zip

No installer, no admin rights, nothing added to Windows. Unzip it anywhere — a folder, a USB stick — and double-click App.exe. Delete the folder and it's like it was never there.

How it goes

Download Shop-Manager-Lite-Release-1.zip.
Right-click the zip → Extract All. (Don't run it from inside the zip — extract first.)
Open the Shop Manager Lite folder and double-click App.exe. Keep the files together in that one folder.

About the AI buttons: the local AI engine isn't bundled in the zip. Turn AI on either way: paste an Anthropic API key in Settings (cloud, pay-per-use) — or install the free Ollama app and pull the llama3.2:3b model; Shop Manager Lite is already pointed at it. Prefer zero setup? The AI Edition ships with the AI baked in.

Standard Installer

One Setup.exe, double-click, done — Start-menu and desktop shortcuts, proper uninstaller. The straightforward choice for the everyday shop PC.

AI Edition

Installer plus offline AI built in (~2.2 GB). Smart Estimates and AI helpers work on day one — no API key, no internet, no monthly cost.
